State-Based Survive and Thrive Pilot
Survive and Thrive Regional Centers Fellows and Coaches in the 2013 cohort of Survive and Thrive will be assigned to a regional center based on their geographic location. These regional centers are based out of Loma Linda University (Western Regional Center), the Wisconsin Association of Local Health Departments and Boards (Midwest Regional Center), East Tennessee State University (Southeast Regional Center) and the Connecticut Association of Directors of Health (Northeast Regional Centers). Regional centers provide support to the Survive and Thrive program by assisting with recruitment, hosting conference calls and matching Fellows with their Coaches.
