ASI 2012-2013

Project Overview: Funded to support development of and implement a workforce training needs assessment instrument; document strategies for engaging staff in workforce surveys; produce draft workforce development and training evaluation plans; and develop a system for tracking staff professional development activities. The health department will also provide related technical assistance to smaller LHDs in their jurisdiction.

Project Overview: Public Health - Seattle and King County was funded to support dedicated staff to develop a department-wide performance management system that includes a process to determine, collect, and report on achievement of goals, objectives, and measures.
