Project Overview: The Naugatuck-Pomperaug Collaborative consists of the Naugatuck Valley Health District and the Pomperaug District Department of Health, which are located in Western Connecticut, and serves a combined population of 167,241. The collaborative established a Mutual Aid Agreement (MAA) that outlines a strategy for developing standard operating procedures and sharing resources when outbreak investigations exceed local capacities.
