In the Spotlight

woman on computer On May 4 and 5, NACCHO members participated in a policy workshop hosted by NACCHO in Minneapolis, MN, to identify key policies that helped or hindered local H1N1 2009–2010 response.

Discussions were centered on main themes and topics from NACCHO's own environmental scan (including reviewing literature, minutes from conference calls with LHD representatives during the course of the response, and "Stories from the Field") and Sentinel Network surveys. This report, produced with the assistance of the Minnesota Center for Healthcare Ethics, summarizes the findings from the workshop.
