Issue Summary: Staff of small public health agency strained by H1N1 pandemic.
Description of Issue(s): The impact of H1N1 to our small public health agency created a lot of extra work, long days and hours for our staff and agency.
Actions taken to address the issue(s): Everyone agreed that because of all of our EPR and Pandemic training and exercising for the past 6-7 years we knew exactly what to do and our plans worked.
Outcomes that resulted from actions taken: We have had positive feedback from our partners who have told us "great job" Our state partners played a large role in our success and provided great leadership and quick response to our needs.
