Chapter 2: Developing Useful Partnerships

In spring 2010, NACCHO conducted in-person interviews with 10 select local health departments (LHDs) to identify strategies LHDs used to execute the CDC Adult HBV Vaccination Initiative and lessons learned. The information in this fact sheet presents factors LHDs found helpful for developing useful partnerships and challenges engaging with internal and external partners.
