Issue Summary: Medical Reserve Corps and CERT members help solve staffing shortages
Description of Issue(s): We have added extra staff for H1N1, but our current staff is getting burned out, especially emergency preparedness staff and department management. It has been all-consuming.
Actions taken to address the issue(s): On the positive side, it has been a great opportunity and a blessing to be able to use our MRC and CERT members.
Outcomes that resulted from actions taken: We have actually increased MRC membership because of the need.
