I-JITT white paper Martha Salyers

As a regional Public Health preparedness practitioner, I engage in a lot of trainings as instructor or participant, including just-in-time training.  Finally, in this white paper, I have found a cogent, rigorous, well-presented examination of what just-in-time training is and what it should be.

This white paper brings together adult learning principles and the training we must do for a well-prepared response cadre in a clear, practical format with useful examples.  It gives an excellent introduction to and framework for the Multnomah APC's inclusive JITT tools -- also found in the APC Toolkit.

 Highly recommended.
