Designing a Web-Based Registry Service

The Colorado Health Information Exchange (COHIE) is an AHRQ-funded project to inform and ultimately develop Colorado's regional health information organization (CORHIO), funded by RWJF.  This COHIE effort will enable public health to contribute to local, state and national perspectives and participate in a collaborative process of defining population-based data needs which will inform the design of a statewide health information exchange.  This chart offers tips on  how to design a web-based registry service.
