The Pocket Guide to Staying Health at 50+


The Pocket Guide to Staying Healthy at 50+ gives readers tips and expert advice on good health habits, screenings, and immunizations.  It was developed jointly by AARP and the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality and is also available in Spanish with the title La guia para mantenerse saludable despues de los 50.  Communities can provide this guide to their 50+ populations as part of a healthier aging campaign.
