Evidence of Acknowledgment of Message Receipt


This two page PDF is a report generated from the “Command Caller” computer program used by the Milwaukee/Waukesha County Consortium to show evidence of acknowledgement for Project Public Health Ready This program tracks when and by whom messages are received. The Command Caller computer program is within the HAN, it “tracks calls and shows me to the second when I send an alert, when each person either opened their email or picked up their phone or if it went to voicemail.”
