For surveillance of a confirmed, probable, or suspect case of E. Coli. 3 page Word Document. Includes a case definition of Enterohemorrhagic Escherichia coli (E. coli) (O157:H7 or shiga toxinpositive), clinical description, laboratory criteria for diagnosis, and case classification.
