Farm to School Resources from Kentucky

The Kentucky Department for Public Health Obesity Prevention Program has shared two new Farm to School Resources. The Farm to School Kentucky Handbook is designed to be a practical tool for school food service directors, farmers, and community members interested in feeding Kentucky food to Kentucky kids in Kentucky schools. The second resource is the Kentucky Farm to School Curriculum, a classroom curriculum developed through a partnership between the Kentucky Department of Agriculture and the University of Kentucky Cooperative Extension Service that is targeted toward high school students.
