RAND Exercise Evaluation Criteria


This five page PDF is an exercise evaluation tool developed by the RAND Corporation.  It contains 14 exercise design evaluation criteria along with the guidance on their use. These criteria can be used to evaluate preparedness exercises as a part of Project Public Health Ready.

The criteria are listed in the left-hand column, while the scoring for each criterion is shown in the middle column. The right-hand column provides a brief explanation on what the rater should consider in scoring the criterion. Additional definitions, examples, and notes on scoring are provided.
