Staff Competence in Emergency Preparedness Example


The Activation Execution matrix lists the phases of a response to an emergency (detection, activation, operations, and recovery), the duties that need to be completed within those stages, the responsible agency for each duty, and sequence of events.  


This two-page matrix was created as evidence for Goal 1, Measure 1 of Project Public Health Ready by the Winnebago County Health Department during the first round of PPHR.
