Logistics: Strike Teams, Asset Management and Supply Distribution


This 3 part training seminar, intended for PHEP managers, MRC coordinators, and logistics team members and leaders, provides insights from public health workforce veterans on:
-The processes of supply distribution for mass dispensing sites and closed PODs in Minnesota
-Best practices in creating, maintaining, and utilizing mass dispensing go kits at the local level
-How an effective logistics strike team is created and trained.
