Complete Intersections: A Guide

The Complete Intersections Guide provides tools and techniques to improve bicycle and pedestrian transportation using basic guiding principles for common intersection types. The focus is on intersections and interchanges, where transportation safety and mobility issues can be most challenging. The Guide provides direction on implementing Complete Streets policy. This is a comprehensive guide that identifies actions that will improve safety and mobility for bicyclists and pedestrians at intersections and interchanges.
