Response Activation Triggers and Flowcharts


These plan excerpts describe how Flagler County Health Department's emergency plans are activated. 

The first excerpt is from the agency's emergency operations plan.  It describes triggers for plan activation followed by a flowchart describing how activation takes place.

The second excerpt describes the triggers for activating the Strategic National Stockpile plan, and the third describes activation indicators and levels for non-pharmaceutical interventions.

These excerpts were submitted as evidence for Goal 1 of Project Public Health Ready (PPHR) and can be used as examples by other applicants or by agencies seeking to improve their level of preparedness.
