Full Scale Exercise Description Example

This after action report excerpt from the Louisiana Department of Health provides a description of a well-planned, creative exercise designed to address unique concerns specific to the participants.  Multiple regions in the state of Louisiana participated in the exercise and in the development of the associated AAR.

Lousiana Department of Health Regions 1 and 6 submitted AARs for this exercise as evidence for Goal III of a Project Public Health Ready (PPHR) application.  This exercise can be used as an example by PPHR applicants or by any LHD or region looking to assess its levels of preparedness through a full scale exercise.
