Policy Considerations: Community Experience and National Policy to Reduce Diabetes Disparities


The Alliance to Reduce Disparities in Diabetes has issued a set of health policy considerations based on the real-world experience of five local diabetes intervention programs. The policy considerations offer ideas for delivery system and health care financing reforms that could bring about significant reductions in health care disparities among people with diabetes.
