Health in All Policies Projects

A health impact assessment (HIA) is a useful tool that some jurisdictions have been able to utilize to launch a broader health in all policies (HiAP) initiative. However, many communities do not have the resources to conduct HIAs on all policies. Recognizing this, Health Impact Partners, which provides training, technical assistance, and research on health policy analysis, has compiled a list of tools, resources, and case studies on HiAP to help communities increase the likelihood that proposed and existing policies will consider health.

Primary Toolkit:

Environmental Health in All Policies (HiAP)
