Communications Plan for Vulnerable Populations


“Communications Considerations for Vulnerable Populations: Before, During and After a Disaster” provides an introduction to planning for the critical information needs of vulnerable populations in an emergency.  It provides guidance on shaping messages and delivering them for particular audiences.
