Fifty Forward: Metro Atlanta

"Fifty Forward: Metro Atlanta" is an example of a primer document for a call to action for multiple sectors to implement health in all policies (HiAP) in a local jurisdiction. The document discusses about the expansion of thinking about a healthy community beyond treatment to include HiAP to address preventable diseases.

This primer can serve as a guide and provide sample language to other local jurisdictions interested in educating and building support for HiAP.
