Health in All Policies Task Force: Report to the Strategic Growth Council

The Health in All Policies Task Force created the "Report to the Strategic Growth Council." It is an example of how one state approached identifying priority actions and strategies to improve community health from a health in all policies (HiAP) prospective.

It summarizes the task force's recommendations to the California Strategic Growth Council on "programs, policies, and strategies to improve the health of Californians" and describes "the benefits for health, climate change, equity, and economic well-being that may result from if the recommendations were implemented."

This tool serves as an example of an HiAP implementation plan and it also provides recommendations that local jurisdictions can utilize as they develop their strategic plans.
