Training Needs Assessment Analysis


This analysis includes the question provided to the staff of South Central Public Health District, ID, as part of their training needs assessment, along with response counts and rates.  This information is used to determine which educational courses or activities should be provided to employees to address gaps in knowledge and improve work productivity.

This document was submitted as evidence for Goal 2 of a PPHR application and can be used as an example by other agencies developing their own training needs assessments.
