Violence against Women Act: A Toolkit for Educating Policy Makers about Reauthorization


The Violence Against Women Act (VAWA) provides support for survivors of domestic violence, dating violence, sexual assault, and stalking. Developed by the National Task Force to End Sexual and Domestic Violence Against Women, this toolkit guides federal, state, and local leaders in informing federal policy makers about the needs of sexual and domestic violence survivors and the importance of reauthorizing VAWA.
