Talking Points Advocating for Early Use of Texting for Partner Notification


The Multnomah County Health Department developed this document to help make the case for the early use of texting for partner notification. The document includes information on why this is a useful tool, the high preference for texting among mobile phone users, and sample text messages to be sent for partner notification.
