After Action Report Example - Hernando County Health Department


This document is an After Action Report for Hernando County Health Department and its community partners for their response to the H1N1 outbreak of 2009-2010.  It includes observations and evaluations of activities including incident command, public information, finance, logistics, operations and planning, along with conclusions, recommendations and timelines for implementation of changes. It also contains a strong situational description for both the local and national levels.

This AAR was submitted as evidence for Goal 3 of an application to Project Public Health Ready and can serve as an example for current and future PPHR applicants.
