Investing in Maternal and Child Health: An Employer's Toolkit includes strategies and tools local health department (LHD) staff can use to promote the health of children; adolescents; and women before, during, and after pregnancy at their own LHD. LHD staff may also share this with businesses in their community to encourage consideration of maternal, child, and adolescent health in the workplace. Among various resources, the toolkit will help users make the case for investing in MCH, developĀ  MCH strategy and evaluate health outcomes in relation to business performance, and develop effective health communication, beneficiary education, and employee engagement resources. This tool is frequently updated.
