This two-page document, produced by the National Association of County and City Health Officials (NACCHO), the National Association of Local Boards of Health (NALBOH), and the Association of State and Territorial Health Officials (ASTHO), with funds and technical assistance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention's Office on Smoking and Health, outlines and provides web links for:
