Mass Vaccination Training (Streaming Video)


This six and half minute streaming video was created by the Baltimore City Health Department to help staff set up a large-scale public medication site quickly and efficiently. The video describes how large-scale medication sites are set up and run and the necessary staff and volunteer roles. The video provides an overview of the steps necessary for setting up a large-scale public medication site including:

  • Facility selection
  • Staff registration
  • Incident Command System (ICS) Structure
  • Just-in-time training
