Medical Reserve Corps Recruitment Letter for H1N1 Clinics

This is a form letter for recruiting MRC volunteers for H1N1 vaccination clinics. It is a three-page letter. Local health departments can adapt the form letter by filling in the blank fields with the name of their health department, the name of their town, and the name of the local school district where vaccination efforts are planned.  The letter provides a link to an online survey to sign up to volunteer with the Medical Reserve Corps.

Explanations of the following Public Health Flu Teams are included for people interested in volunteering:

  • Vaccine Prep and Delivery Team
  • Clinic Support Team
  • Epidemiology Team

A frequently-asked questions sheet helps volunteers determine which team would be the best fit for their skills.
