Public Health Business Plan Models

As part of UNC's Managment Academy, each team is asked to write a business plan that is designed to address a key public health problem in their community. The best business plan projects are measurable, sustainable projects that use community partners to tackle high-priority issues. Many teams have attracted start-up funding to begin operations based on their business plans.  This link provides access to model business plans from the Management Academy's program.  There is also a Public Health Business Planning book available through the Web site.
