H1N1 Vaccine Dispensing Charts


The CDC developed these charts to assist local health departments in correctly dispensing H1N1 vaccine.

The charts  provide a visual  representation of vaccine guidelines based on age and the receipt of other vaccines.

There are 3 one-page PDFs:
