CERT-Pandemic H1N1 Influenza-Train-the-Trainer Toolkit (CD)

The Santa Clara County Public Health Department Advanced Practice Center created the Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) -Pandemic H1N1 Influenza-Train-the-trainer Toolkit to assist local public health departments in partnering with CERT trainers in their jurisdictions to provide them with a pandemic H1N1 influenza training resource. The toolkit is designed to:

  • Increase awareness of the threat of a pandemic influenza and its impact on the community.
  • Give CERT participants the education and tools needed to increase preventive health behaviors and limit the spread of the pandemic influenza virus.

This tool kit was evaluated by Santa Clara County local CERT trainers who have used the curriculum to train volunteers in the past.
