Steps to Success in Community-Based HIV Prevention was developed by the Institute for HIV Prevention Leadership for use with HIV prevention program managers at community-based organizations. The purpose of this tool is to provide HIV prevention program staff with a step-by-step guide to enhance their knowledge and skills in the principles of public health and provide them with materials that can be used to train other staff members.
