Oversees all aspects of Foundation management and administration, including fundraising and grant writing, project development and implementation, personnel, finance, and procurement ? Provides conceptual leadership, including setting research design, developing and approving project designs, conducting quality review of project deliverables, and supervising the development of publications and presentations ?
