Alameda County Public Health Department and the Urban Male Health Initiative recognize that elimination of health inequities relies on expanding the traditional public health service delivery model toward systems change efforts that target the social determinants of health. This session will explore the creation and dissemination of a male health status report that focuses on both traditional health indicators and social determinants of health.
